The Capital Grille features dry-aged steaks, chops, seafood, appetizers and desserts. It is on the Fashion Show Mall's third level, at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Fashion Show Drive.
Lunch is 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday. Dinner is 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays.
