Capriotti’s, perhaps Las Vegas’ favorite sandwich shop, is set to open in March in the shop formerly known as Johnny McGuire’s (right across from the Rave movie theaters). Capriotti's sandwich shops rely on homemade ingredients and friendly service to ensure their popularity with locals. Menus usually state all orders come with a guaranteed smile. Traditional deli sandwiches and cheese-steaks are available; as well as specialty sandwiches. Their signature sandwich is the Bobbie; a sub made with fresh turkey; cranberry sauce; stuffing and mayo. The chain uses fresh roasted turkey and roast beef; not processed deli meat.
