The chef at Sage, Shawn MClain, plans to open his Five50 Pizza Bar at the Aria in the summer of 2013 The name comes from the oven and the clock — the temperature at which the pizza is baked and the time happy hour starts at the bar. The menu will feature East Coast and Sicilian-style pizzas in the old Skybox Sports Bar & Grill space adjoining the Aria's race and sports book. (Read about the plans.)
