OUR MISSION


Together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Our mission is our common starting point and ending point. It’s what unites us, what we strive and ultimately what we do – every single day. Research shows that children who have wishes granted can build the physical and emotional strength needed to fight a critical illness. This can help improve their quality of life and produce better health outcomes.

To grant the wish of every eligible child. We’re on a quest to bring every eligible child’s wish to life – a goal that is born from the idea that a wish is an integral part of a child’s treatment. Our vision is our roadmap. We are committed to ensuring that no child waits even one unnecessary day to experience the hope and joy that a wish brings.

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES


Fundraisers play a crucial role in helping raise awareness and funds for Make-A-Wish. From fundraising online to celebrate your birthday, challenge your co-workers or honor a loved one to engaging your school, company or organization, there are many ways you can join a community of supporters who transform lives.


■ Create an online fundraiser through social media, charity streaming or our Wish Your Way peer-to-peer fundraising platform.


■ Engage your peers, school or youth organization in hands-on fundraising and service activities by kids, for kids, with Kids For Wish Kids®.


■ Coordinate a matching gift and make your donation go even further with the help of your employer.


■ Launch a Wishmakers at Work® workplace giving program to enable employees to plan and coordinate fundraising efforts to help grant wishes.


■ Join us for Walk For Wishes®, Fashion Luncheon or one of our other signature events throughout the year.
