Top Notch Barbeque

Top Notch Barbeque brings the Southwest cowboy flare to the Las Vegas Valley with meat that is cooked over open flame with a dry rub to enhance the flavor of the meat and with the sauce always served on the side. Cincinnati transplant Jimmy Cole, who started his local operation in a food truck, opened his restaurant in December 2012 adjacent to Doc Holliday's bar in Henderson's Beltwood Plaza on Eastern and Serene.
The Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke says Top Notch Barbeque "is the best barbecue in Las Vegas. If you crave real, smoky, no-nonsense barbecue and have been disappointed in your quest to find it here, feel free to celebrate."
