Celebrity chef Tom Colicchio has conjured up a new take on the sandwich at 'wichcraft. Using artisanal breads, slow-roasted meats and seasonal produce, he provides a great blend of ingredients and execution to make such signature 'wiches as Fried Egg with Bacon, gorgonzola and Frisse on a ciabatta roll, or Roasted Pork Loin with red cabbage, jalapeno and mustard on a ciabatta roll or the Sicilian Tuna, which has fennel, black olives and lemon on a baguette.
The Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke gave the Fried Egg Sandwich an "honorable mention" in his list of the 10 best sandwiches in Las Vegas.
