Wow, what a crock. Those guys should just feel lucky and blessed to just have a job. In this day and age of beneficent employers such as Sheldon Adelson, Steve and Elaine Wynn, and Donald Trump, these guys really shed a poor shadow over the rest of us servants. How dare they expect to be justly compensated for labor delivered. Its not like they had to ACTUALLY take a bullet for these guys.

It's such a tragedy that the Corporate Elite in this country can generate trillions of dollars through the use of Public Relations Co.s but are soooooooo freakishly weak when it comes to the common sense of using them to cover their complete lack of moral integrity. Hey CEO's wake up and realize that if we(the servants) allow you to make the insane amounts you do then you had better have a decent amount of moral integrity or YOU will be reliving 1789-1799. For being super smart you guys sure are a bunch of idiots.

It's fascinating to see the level of outright "hatred" people have for the Servant Industry. FrankieCasino speaks it loud and clear. He serves his masters the Casino Industry well by spewing their vitriolic propaganda that Servants in Nevada should "be grateful that you're making 5X the minimum wage because you can count to 21..." ad nauseum. To think that anyone not of the elite class of middle management should make $70,000.00 a year. The nerve of those peasants! Don't they know how well they have it because of middle management?!?! If we are going to start paying people for the jobs they do lets start asking why glorified babysitters are making 10x the average babysitter wage and still wanting more from the people "earning their tips".

So Frankie thinks we should share "our tips" with someone who has trouble staffing a shift properly, scheduling vacation time correctly or keeping to a departmental budget while maintaining efficiency? Let me ask you Mr. Business major, what has a middle manager or a management team EVER produced in this country? Much like every single government(State or Federal) employee... Nothing. Not a single widget has ever been produced not a single shred of revenue has been produced by a management team. Steve and Elaine have sunk to the lowest and simplest common denominator for revenue generation, beating their servants. Now there's something to vomit over. Every time I see Steve and Elaine given kudos for being so "entrepreneurial" in their thinking and business philosophy I throw up in my mouth a little.

Listen Steve and Elaine know whats best for the Servant Industry in Nevada just ask anyone. Servants in Nevada were misguided back when they passed that constitutional amendment to protect their tips from management and greedy owners. Just ask Steve and Elaine. They'll tell you its never "ok" for servants to make more then management. They'll tell you they are completely justified in never giving a raise to servants in 20 years, the justification being, "You make to much as it is." Flogging at the hands of Steve and Elaine and their henchmen is infinitely more desirable then say Caesars Entertainment or MGM Resorts International(aka Wynn South). Servants in Nevada this is your future Steve and Elaine are the Bannerman leading the charge against peasants and their revenue. The peasants of Nevada have what Steve and Elaine and their big business cronies want. More REVENUE.

The author of this peace said it like it was a press release from Steve and Elaine, "Some have argued that Wynn should simply pay his supervisors more and leave the tip pool alone. But why increase expenses when you don't have to?" Why? Really? Because it's in horrifyingly poor taste to push the profits of a corporation further onto the shoulders of the servants and peasants that's why. Their is nothing "Maverick" or "entrepreneurial" about beating down your servants, in fact it was frowned upon way back in the old testament or the late 1800's-1930's. Their is a reason for the existence of Labor Unions in the US. Big Business didn't have a better more profitable idea. Wake up Servants of Nevada Steve and Elaine are here for their pound of flesh...... What? You say you don't want to pay? You wanted to work there.

Its always so weird to see the vitriolic comments follow these Casino Resort performance articles. I had a buddy of mine that got passed over for a job at a newer resort here in Las Vegas and all he could do was hate on everything/every aspect of the property. You all sound like angry/bitter old farts whose wives left you for the younger/nicer guy. Squeeze your grapes and move along angry guy.

If the "classic" business model of cheap rooms, cheap food, and lose machines was SO profitable why is Downtown still struggling? Why isn't The Riviera a flourishing hot spot? Why is the Sahara shuttering itself? Why did the Tropicana just change its business model to something more modern and pare its losses last quarter? Again, I ask you angry guys......Why you mad though?
