Given Packer and his sisters ability to spend or lose the vast fortune their father earned nothing should surprise anyone. I disagree until there is an actual finding of facts regarding the cost over runs and who had knowledge of them Packer should not be released form any potential liability.
Packer has made many mistakes in Las Vegas one of the bigger ones was his association with Cannery Casinos.

I wonder if these village idiots can figure a way to make Amtrak available to the thousands of other communitees that would welcome it without tax payer money? Of course air travel has become a joke where now a few major airlines rule the market and the service is horrible and prices higher than ever. And then comes the after market airlines who will go to a destination twice a week if they sell enough tickets.
It seems that since the Great Depression the Republicans have been cursing and calling everyone socialists as they took their own G.I. Benefits,Social Security and Medicare and they wanted to run FDR out of the country for his New deal which saved America and them,during the great dust bowl of the thirties they cursed the government for getting involved in soil and land management until they were dead broke then they came running for the hand out. All of the good intentions of tough talking Republicans can be bought cheap when the bottom drops out of everything, then they are there with a smilse on their face and nothing bad to say.
I have yet to meet a Republican so principled he waived his right to Social Security.Medicare or G. I. Benefits, hypocritical talk is cheap.

Allegiant has proven itself to be a bottom of the barrell airline on all acounts since it's inception. I have used them in years past but I refuse to do business with this company who has absolutely no compulsion for it's employees or cutomers. The next story should be about how Allegiant fired it's reservation staff and replaced them with stay at home outside contractors ( no benefits once again).
This junk airline is always operating in the gray if not completely illegal ways,they have been fined numerous times and at some point they will be forced out of business.

Independant contractor status is a way to screw the employee and the system, a Republican idea.

As a young man Wynn was a progressive and helped change Las Vegas as an old man he is proving himself to be a joke and losses credibility every time he opens his mouth. When the economy went south,thanks to Republicans, he was through with Las Vegas and was headed for China. It will just get worse from now on with this silly,old fool.
