At one time the J W Marriot was the class of the the west and northwest of Las Vegas, then The Cannery Casinos, a brain child of Bill Paulos took over and the decline bagan and has never stopped. Paulos took what was his only success in Las Vegas,the Rampart Casino and with the help of some real losers for management litterally gave the Fertittas and thier bankrupt Red Rock Casino the opening it needed to be the place to go west of the strip. Fertittas will not give The Cannery Casinos an opportunity for a comeback.
Like all casinos as time goes by they need remodeling and upgrades as well as fresh management and business models, all which along with a lack of good business sense by Paulos and his team of underachievers failed to do, hense a dirty,unfriendly,mismanaged hole in the wall on Rampart Blvd. in Summerlin, which may as well be in any other run down strip mall in Las Vegas. Coincidently his other two Cannery properties are just what the Rampart Casino in the end became.

Ask this little jerk why his fast food chicken joint failed in Clinton Iowa this year and how many invetors he took down when it failed. Just when there appears to be hope for humanity someone like this nit wit makes an appearance.

Well that's very nice. The real issue is the new commercials being ran by Station Casinos where employees who are admitted immigrants with out citiizenship are singing the praises of thier employer for helping them learn English,buy homes,gain citizenship,provide discounted child care, while rubbing it in the faces of out of work American citizens. Of course the point of these disgusting advertisements is the Culinary Union does not provise these services.
What Station Casinos fails to tell you is that when thier self induced financial breakdown happened they laid off employees with seniority while keeping employees with less vacation and retirement benefits, thus saving the corrupt Fertittas millions. The Culinary Union and it's agreements would have prevented that from happeneing. Now go talk to the employees who were vitimized by the immigrant touting Station Casinos and thier tasteless commercials.

In short Cannery is still losing money and will continue to do so. With the failed management team Cannery has it is no wonder. They have two junk properties in Las Vegas ( Cannery East and Cannery West) that are located in the worst areas of the city, while they have been booted from thier location in Summerlin. Years ago Cannery Casinos went to a venture capital group to borrow money, at premium interest rates, because they were not credit worthy to borrow from more conventional banking interests,and just forget about going public with thier operating margins.
Cannery Casinos missed the goose that laid the golden egg when the Packer clan from down under bailed out on an offer to buy this failing enterprise.
Red Rock Casino has literally emptied The Rampart Casino of it's customers with it's promotions and friendly customer service.
In the mean time Oak Tree bet on the wrong horse when they took thier position on Cannery Casinos and there are good odds they will lose in the end as well.

There is a conspiracy so thick at Stations to intimidate employees about thier legal rights that it seems as though the mafia is in control at Stations. When Stations of it's own accord lost thier shirt by going from a publicly traded entity to a privately held entity many people lost thier jobs needlessly, the pervasive lie that Stations told thier people about they would always be treated fairly came in to play when the kiss asses and nit wits kept thier jobs while hard working employees were let go.

The big lie told today by Stations is how the Fertittas wrote personal checks for two hundred million dollars to save Station Casinos. This all sounds good but the reality is Station Casinos ruined many local businesses and peoples lives with thier crooked,self serving bankruptcy that if investigated would land them and the judge in prison.
