It is time for Righthhaven to be held accountable for these baseless law suits and pay the fiddler as well as the attorneys involved to lose thier law licenses and pay damages to the defendants and the courts.

botfx Your argumnet is lacking in facts and standing. There still must be some proof that a defendant was LEGALLY served. If the plaintiff or thier attorneys are deceptive about this issue, then the inevitable will happen.

Bill paulos who along with Bill Workman ( of the old Nevada Palace),which is now Cannery East owns the Cannery Casinos, before that and to this day Bill Paulos opened The Rampart Casino around 2002 and still owns it although he leases the casino from the owners of the property ( Hotspur Entertainment) who inturn have a lease agreement with The Marriot. People think the Marriot Corp owns the property on Rampart but they do not. This property was aquired in bankruptcy by Hotspur Entertainment who will not renew Paulos's lease which is due in March of 2012.
Go there today and see how long a twenty dollar bill lasts you. Witht the exception of an occassional night one can shoot a cannon through The Rampart Casino and not hit a soul.

Why not a liquor store, it is a fact they can't run successful casinos? The Rampart Casino is history early next year, both of the Cannery's are dumps that are enter at your own risk and be armed while leaving, not to mention the Packer's pulled out of their agreement to purchase these low end performers, which proved to be a smart move as they are dying the virtual economic slow death daily.
