It takes Two

The Meadows Center for Therapeutic Yoga introduces Therapeutic Partner Yoga to its 2012 service menu. Designed for couples and incorporating postures that require two people, these sessions are meant to facilitate a deeper connection between the participants. Not only focusing on the physical aspects of yoga, participants will get the opportunity to have some fun learning about ayurvedic philosophy as it relates to knowing self and others more fully as well.
