Village Square Welcomes Bachi Burger with Complimentary Chef’s Choice Samples & Live Music Wed. April 25 8:30 p.m.

LAS VEGAS, April 16, 2012 – Village Square, the retail, dining, and entertainment complex at the Northwest corner of West Sahara Avenue and Fort Apache Road, has another new business. Bachi Burger, an upscale casual restaurant combining Pacific Rim-Asian inspirations with the American classic, is the sixth business to join the reinvigorated retail and office complex.
This is the second location for the popular restaurant, which in addition to serving innovative cuisine, also offers Boba tea drinks and milkshakes, a variety of sodas made in-house, and microbrews. Headed by two brothers, Bachi Burger is a family business that combines an outstanding dining experience with strong support for the environment and community.
“Bachi has a dual meaning for us. Bachi is an abbreviated term for the word “Hibachi” referring to a type of Japanese grill. The word Bachi also loosely means treating others how you would like to be treated in return,” said Ehren Watada, Director of Operations at Bachi.
Bachi will donate a portion of the evening’s proceeds to local non-profit Living Waters International, a family services agency that empowers families to reach their full potential through life enhancing services that promote personal growth and self-sufficiency. Bachi has a strong belief in sustainable and environmentally-principled business practices and products as well. Used oil is recycled locally as a renewable energy source while food waste is composted on a local farm.
